Grzic Partners has been operating in the local area for the past 21 years; and from its premises at Rydalmere since the year 2000.

Over the years the firm has grown organically, mainly by word of mouth referrals. The referrals were built on our reputation for providing a practical client focused approach. During the last few years we have found the necessary staff, developed systems to support that approach and we are now in a position to expand our client base.

Our basic philosophy in servicing our clients is to see ourselves as part of the client’s management team. We see our main function in assisting clients establish their goals (and not just their business goals), develop a plan to achieve them and then help them carry it out. If there are problems, we work on solving them.

While we have a “can do” attitude, we maintain as our priority, the long-term benefit of the client and their business. That means that we will not recommend a course of action which offers short-term benefits which will be detrimental in the long run. To enable us to do this, we have an organisational structure that is built around a team of senior qualified professional accountants with actual business experience, supported by a team of younger qualified accountants and support staff.

In addition to our direct staff and a team of external professionals on a, as needed basis, we are also a part of the Hayes Knight Professional Network, who specialise in providing services to SME’s in the greater Sydney area. As a result of this approach we do not provide a very extensive or detailed list of functions that we and our individual team members perform. Rather ours is a list of broad headings, outlining a comprehensive range of services that we offer to our clients.
